"Can't recommend him and his amazing staff enough - Where do I begin. I was so nervous to have a breast re-augumentation 20 years after my first surgery. I was on the hunt for the right surgeon, and i went to 3 plastic surgeons before I went to Dr Crofts. He told me so many things that not 1 of the other 3 mentioned, and he knew the best way for me to receive the best results. That was over a year ago. I just had surgery on January 15th, and he exceeded my expectations. I am still in my 2 week post op Era, and already can see how great they will look. He is meticulous, and it shows. Even with the bruising, I am already happy with my results. Excited to see what they'll look like in 6 months from now. His staff has been TOP NOTCH. They've treated me with such compassion, kindness, and I had a situation with one of my drains, I called the after hours nurse at 9pm on a Friday night and she picked up immediately, got in touch with Dr Crofts and I had a solution in less than 10 minutes. They called and checked up on me. The entire experience has been the best experience I've had in my 44 years of different surgeries over the years. Dr Crofts listens to all your concerns, i was so nervous and he was so patient with me, and his bed side manner is calming and you just KNOW you're in great hands. For those interested in my procedure. Prior to surgery, I was half implant, half breast tissue. I wanted to get rid of the breast tissue (due to density and troubles with mammograms) and mostly be full implant. My prior implant pockets were uneven but I didn't know that because the real breast tissue sat it front and hid that problem. So, Dr Crofts said in order to make the pockets even, I would need not only pocket adjustments, but he recommended the Galaflex internal bra to reinforce the pockets so the new implants won't go back to old pockets. Especially going from saline implants to silicone which are a little heavier. He was the only doctor that knew that would be a problem, and due to my implants pockets being uneven. He said without reinforcements, I can't guarantee the new implants won't settle into the old uneven pockets. He was right. After that initial appointment, I did so much research and I was a prime candidate for the Galaflex. I'm so glad he suggested it. He's truly a great surgeon. Can't recommend him and his amazing staff enough."
"I am 3 years post-surgery and my results are perfect. Dr Crofts performed an abdominoplasty with mesh placement for hernias, breast implant removal with a lift, and re-augmentation. I wanted everything to be tight and lifted, but natural as I workout a lot in a sports bra. Dr Crofts exceeded my dream expectations. Not only that, when I woke up from surgery it went a bit longer than planned. The nurses said, “that’s normal for him - he’s unbelievably meticulous.” I refer everyone I meet, in every state I meet them, to Dr Crofts and tell them to fly to SLC for their procedure. "The FemTouch Laser Changed my Life! - If you are thinking about getting the FemTouch Laser treatment done, stop thinking and go do it! After 4 vaginal deliveries I struggled with incontinence. As an active mom who loves to workout, I was having to skip any type of jumping exercise, which was cutting into a lot of my workouts. I couldn't do box jumps, jump roping, any sort of tuck jump or jumping jacks, and jumping on the tramp with my kids was a hard pass. After the second treatment I could already tell a change, and by the third treatment I was able to do all of my favorite exercises! What I didn't realize, was the added bonus of sensitivity I'd receive in the bedroom! His staff was professional, the procedure was quick, and I was back to my normal day routine right after leaving the facility. I can't recommend this procedure more!"

"The Best Decision I’ve Ever Made... - Dr. Croft and his team are amazing to work with. They make the experience fun and informative so you know all your options. I had a few consults to try on different sizes of implants to make sure I was sure about the look I wanted and multiple follow up appointments post op to make sure everything was healing as planned. "I would recommend Dr. Crofts to friends and family - I picked Dr. Crofts out of the 3 doctors that I had a consultation with because of his amazing reviews and I definitely made the right decision!! I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Crofts on Sept. 20th, 2018. He and his nurse spent a good amount of time with me during my consultation and pre/post operative appt. explaining the process, what should be expected and making sure I felt confident and prepared for the surgery. I never felt rushed and they gave me their full attention the entire time. They let me try on the implants many times and said I could come in any time I wanted so that I felt confident about the size I was getting. His staff was so kind when I called a couple times with questions. They didn't seem annoyed but were encouraging me to call any time I had a question. The morning of the surgery went by fast. The Riverwoods surgical center staff was so kind and helpful. I wasn't rushed to get out of there once I woke up from surgery. I didn't have to wait too long and before I knew it, I was in bed taking a 13 hour nap! I was really nervous about the pain post op but I've been so happy with my healing. I'll be honest, it was hard to breathe that first day but that feeling quickly went away. It's the 4th day post op and I'm off all narcotics and only need tylenol. I was shocked by how fast I returned to my normal routine (no exercise yet, of course). I can only credit Dr. Crofts skill as the reason I healed so well because all of my friends and family who have had this procedure, have talked about how painful and awful it was. Allowing someone to cut into your body is a HUGE decision but I promise, picking a surgeon like Dr. Crofts will be the best decision you could ever make! I would definitely recommend Dr. Crofts to friends and family."
"Outstanding Medical Practice - I was impressed from my first visit to Dr Crofts' office to my last. His staff is extremely professional and also very warm and personal. Most of them made the effort to remember to call me by the name I use, which is not my first name. That is rare in a medical office. They were efficient and also very willing to answer questions in person or by phone and to take time for whatever I needed. Dr Crofts is one of the best. "Breast Augmentation Guru :) - I went to consultations with a few different doctors, & was impressed with the attention that I got at my consult here. Other places kept me in the waiting room for well over 30 minutes, then had me watch a video about my procedure, rather than talking to a real person. Dr. Crofts staff answered all of my questions, & made sure that I was comfortable & confident in my decision to move forward with the procedure.My actual augmentation went great, & I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I was impressed with the attention to detail. I didn't want to go really big, I just wanted to go back to the size I was before kids. In the consultation, we decided that 450cc was what I wanted to go with. On the day of surgery, he had about 6 different sizes in the room. He let me know that he might change the size a bit, in order to achieve the look that I wanted. When I woke up, & they told me he went with 525cc, I was terrified that they were gonna be huge! They are so perfect though. All of my old bras from before kids fit so perfectly!Dr. Crofts knows his stuff. A friend of mine had the same procedure with a different doctor, & got 425cc. We were the same bra size to start with, but hers looked huge after surgery. She has do double up on bras to workout,& I didn't want to have to deal with that. She's a D cup now, & I'm wearing a 36C. Everyone's body is different, & needs a different size to achieve the look they want. I'm so glad I trusted Dr. Crofts to do my procedure. Any other doctor, & I probably would've wanted a second surgery to go bigger.I'm 2 months post-op now & have felt great since about 1 week after surgery. I was out running again at 2 weeks, & have been back to crossfit since week 3 (with modified workouts.) Dr. Crofts is some sort of breast augmentation Guru :)"

I got to my goal weight and made an appointment for a consultation. I was nervous and apprehensive of the cost and recovery. But I knew that this was the only way to give me the body I had worked hard for (100 pound loss over 8+years) and help me gain back some self confidence I lost to overeating. I am now 2 weeks post op, and there hasn't been one day that I have regretted the surgery. Sure it wasn't easy, and it wasn't without some back pain, but that's my only complaint. Lack of energy has been rough, but expected. I am thrilled with my results so far even with swelling and incisions. I ended up with a drainless TT using TissuGlu, Lipo to hips and flanks, and added Experel."

"Tummy Tuck, Breast Aug and Lipo....best Decision I've Ever Made! - Utah - I am a tall, relatively "fit" woman who had a tummy bulge and thighs I could never shape. I initially went in for a lipo consultation on my stomach and quickly realized that what I really needed was a tummy tuck. At first it seemed extremely overwhelming and unattainable, but with a supportive spouse and several consultations, I was able to comfortably make the decision that this was what I needed to be able to fully love myself on the outside. When I finally made the decision, it felt right and all I could do was anxiously await my surgery. I ended up getting a drainless tummy tuck with lipo to my hips, flanks, inner and outer thighs and my surgeon did a little lipo on my inner knees for sculpting. I also had a breast reaugmentation (it had been 10 years since my first) with pocket adjustment. I am not going to lie, the first two weeks of recovery were HELL! The discomfort is worse than the pain, in my opinion, and I developed a seroma that had to be drained daily. But let me tell you, no matter what your recovery may end up like, IT IS WORTH IT! This is hands down, the best decision I have ever made for myself. I could not be happier and I finally have the body I always wished I would have but could never attain with diet and exercise."

"Highly recommend Dr Crofts office and the FemTouch procedure - This is a review of my experience with Dr Crofts and his staff, and the FemTouch procedure. The office is lovely and comfortable and I felt like a valued client at every visit. The staff is genuinely kind and discreet and never at any time did I feel awkward. I had the procedure 3 times, which is the typical package. You lie on a reclining table with a drape, similar to having a vaginal exam. The nurse is fantastic at making you comfortable and the procedure is very quick and not uncomfortable. The recovery was easy; I just had to avoid intercourse and baths for 3 days. I felt some progress in my stress incontinence after the second visit. (I didn't notice anything after the first but it varies with each patient.) The 3rd session was my final one and I am quite happy with my results. I no longer have any leakage when I cough and I am not afraid to go to the gym."

"38 Years Old, Breast Augmentation - After wanting implants for ten years, I finally decided to do it! Dr. Crofts came highly recommended from many ladies in the area. His office was top of the line and his staff was professional and kind. His work was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the results. "Mom of 4 in Need of Some - After having 4 kids, breastfeeding them all, and getting smaller after each one I was ready to look like a woman again. I didn't even fill up my A cup bra, and putting on a swim suit was humiliating. After meeting with a couple doctors I scheduled a surgery date. The procedure was fairly quick and easy. I was very tight and sore afterwards but was able to get up and go home within 15 minutes of waking up. I had some bad side effects from the pain killers prescribed so the first two days after surgery were pretty miserable. Once I stopped taking them I felt much better and was able to manage my pain with just Tylenol. It took me about one week to not feel extremely tight and get back to normal life. I also had some hypersensitivity on my nipples which went away after about 2 months. I am very happy with my results and feel great! I do feel like I am a little smaller than I expected. I assume its because my implants were sub-muscular and its pretty hard to really know what they will look like until they're inside you. I would recommend that women should go one size up from what they think looks perfect when trying on implants."
"48, 3 Kids and Saggy Breasts - After 3 kids and gravity that had taken over I was ready to be able to wear tops that looked good with or without a bra. I moved to Utah last year from Houston, Texas and wasn't sure that I'd find a doctor in Utah that I'd trust to do my surgery but after a lot of research and meeting with Dr. Crofts and his staff I felt very comfortable in moving forward with the surgery. "39 Year Old, 3 Kids, 34 A Ish. 5’6” 120 - 295cc High Profile Soft Touch Naturelle - I’ve always wished I had been endowed with something but was always too afraid to do anything about it. I finally got tired of trying to find bras that fit and not feeling confident with my body. After trying on the tester implants at my doctors office, 3 separate times. I decided on 300cc soft touch silicone implants. Everytime I went back to try them on, I would try on all different sizes and always came back to the 300cc so I knew that was the choice for me.After making my choice, things moved along pretty fast! The doctor ended up having a cancelation so I got in within a couple of weeks. After that I had surgery only 2 weeks later! Now I am one week post op and so so happy with my twins! I’m wishing I had gone through with a breast aug years ago! I feel so confident and love how I look. My husband loves my newfound confidence as well and thinks I look great. Of course he says he has always thought I looked good but now his eyes really light up LOL! I have felt a little boob greed. It’s hard not to want more of a good thing. I compare it to finding a killer deal on something and then you want to find another killer deal to achieve that same high.The boob greed has worn off a bit. I think it was the worst on days 2-4. Now I’m feeling like this is always how i should have been and they are perfect for me. I didn’t want big boobs that shout, boob job. I wanted a more natural look. Also I like to run and cycle so I didnt want to lug around some big ladies and have them bouncing all over the place.I also chose an open pocket technique which allows the implant to move around under the muscle, more like a natural breast. I’ve been very happy with that choice and haven’t regretted it at all, even after the painful massages to keep the pockets open during healing time.I can’t wait to see what bra size I end up in. It’s hard to tell right now as my breasts are high and a little swollen. I have noticed that they have dropped and become more soft after a week.Updated on 13 Nov 2017:I’m 11 days post op. My feeling like my new boobs are a part of me now. I’m starting to be able to sleep on my side for short amounts of time. They are practically painless now. The scars and bruising are still prettt bad.I’ve felt good with my range of motion the past couple of days so this morning I started trying on some of the clothes I took with me to try on implants.I’m feeling a bit discouraged. When I tried the 300cc on at the doctors office, I loved the size and how I filled out my shirts. I was confident with getting the 300 cc implants. During surgery my doctor put in 295 cc high profile implants, which I have loved when I’m naked but when I put my clothes on, I am definitely not filling out my shirts the same as I did with the implant try one. I’m feeling discouraged. I wish I had gone bigger. I really hate saying that.Updated on 15 Nov 2017:My boobs are definitely smaller than what I anticipated from the implant try on. I was so careful and went in to try on multiple size implants three times. I loved how I filled out my shirts with the 300cc. I feel flat in the same shirts now. I’ve been near tears for the past few days. I paid a lot of money and am so sad that I didn’t end up with my desired result. ????"

"Bottomed out Implants - I had bottomed out implants for 8 years and desperately wanted them fixed. I went to a consult with another Dr who said he could lift the implants no problem so I didn't think bottoming out was a huge problem to fix. I opted not to go with that Dr and did more research and found Dr. Croft . Going to my appt I thought it wouldn't be a hard problem to fix but when he recommended I remove my implants for 4 months and then get smaller implants shock with a few tears were shed. "Dr. Crofts did not disappoint! - I am 2 1/2 weeks post-op from a Tummy Tuck with Lipo on lower back, flanks, mons & hips. Obviously, there is still a good amount of swelling that will go down. I am very short waisted so he had his work cut out for him. My scar Is a straight, thin line (it appears dark/thick in the photo but it's really NOT) and it is healing REALLY well. I could not be more pleased. My back is still swollen from the Lipo so I can't really see the full results yet. I still have the drains in, they should be out in a day or two. Updated on 19 Jul 2017:Last night I forgot to take a dose of muscle relaxer and pain meds and I woke up to horrendous pain and muscle spasms. Stay on top of your meds, ladies! Today is my son's first birthday, I feel so bad that I haven't been able to hold him. Today feels better than yesterday. I am able to go to the bathroom by myself now. My back is still killing me from being so hunched over and taking some steps to the bathroom is extremely exhausting. Updated on 20 Jul 2017:Today, I feel much better in the recovery process however the swelling and constipation makes everything so tight, tight, tight! My scar is starting to itch so I guess that's a good sign. I'm still in a binder that is very difficult to aim while peeing but so far so good. Drains doesn't look like they're coming out anytime soon but they're not too bad. I can't wait to see my bare tummy tomorrow at my check up!!Updated on 21 Jul 2017:Today I had my second post op appt and all is well. I finally had a bowel movement and took a shower. Today, I feel great! I took my son to the doctors and I went to look at apartments. I'm till hunched over and it hurts my bck but nothing too bad. I started taking ibuprofen instead of Percocet today but still need my muscle relaxer. Here is a pic of my belly at the appointment. I'm still super swollen.Updated on 22 Jul 2017:Today I am so swollen, I can barely eat because it's just too tight! I tried on one of my tight dresses today and it looked so good! Funny because it was sitting in the pile of clothes that's supposed to go to storage before I planned on getting a tt. I am able to sit up straight but not yet stand. Drains are a pain in the butt! They hurt! I feel that once they are out, i will be 100% so I'm just waiting. Updated on 28 Jul 2017:Drains have been removed! I am a free woman! The drains were bugging me so bad, I could not go another day with them in. One of the drains were pinching a nerve in my groin and I had trouble moving around. Results are looking great and recovery is good as well. My scar aches a little though, hopefully that's normal. I've uploaded some pics today. "

"Dr. Crofts & his team surpassed all my expectations! - From the first day I met with Dr. Crofts & his staff through the entire process of an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with diastasis repair---I have ZERO complaints or issues with this team. I have had loose skin and a long vertical scar from an emergency hysterectomy 12 years ago and always been extremely self-conscious in bikinis or anything that was form-fitting across my abdomen. Dr. Croft & his nurse Amy THOROUGHLY explained my options and WHY he felt the full tummy tuck was the best option. At my next visit with his other nurse Andrea- again, she provided a THOROUGH explanation for the operation and pre/post op care & medications. I have not once felt that ANY of my questions were "dumb" or redundant to them even though I'm sure they have heard it all many times before. "I received the guidance I had been looking for! - Lindon, UT - I met with two different plastic surgeons in Northern Utah before visiting with Dr. Crofts. A friend of mine referred me to him and as soon as I met with him and his great nurses I knew this was where I wanted to have my mommy makeover done. Dr. Crofts gave me guidance that I was really looking for in deciding what implant size would look best on my body. I have had five children and my breasts were deflated and pendulous. The other two doctors gave me zero help in trying to decide what breast size would look best on my body. I am 5'10" with a fairly athletic build. I have never been busty and felt nervous making such a change to my body. Dr, Kimball Crofts came in and without hesitation told me where the human eye looks when it sees a body and what is considers to be beautiful. He also had me stand to the side and explained to me how the projection of the chest should match the projection of my buttocks. If the buttocks projects out further than the chest projects out on the front, things seem off to the human eye and out of balance. The vice versa is also true. If your chest is projecting out far and you have a flat bottom that does not seem attractive to the human eye either. I was so grateful to have his help in deciding what looked best on my frame. The other doctors almost refused to give me any guidance saying that it was completely my choice and that they would do whatever I wanted. The thing was, I did not know what would look right. I did not want to look hugely augmented, but I did want to have the right amount of curve to my body. I really appreciated his honesty and help in choosing the right breast implant for my body!! Like I mentioned above, I had a mommy makeover done with Dr. Crofts. My abdominoplasty looks so great right now, and I am only three weeks out from surgery. My stomach is flat as can be and the scaring at this point looks amazing! I not only had a breast augmentation performed, I also had a breast reduction and lift performed at the same time. Like I said before, I have never been a really busty girl, but Dr. Crofts thought I would need some tissue removed from the base of my breast to make the breast and nipple placement look best after the lift. Neither of the other doctors I met with considered doing this. I really felt like a number in their offices and not like a patient they wanted to help look great. They were only going to do what I asked for and no more. Well, My breasts look great and the scaring I was so nervous about that comes with a lift are almost invisible. That was another reason that I really liked Dr. Crofts. In his gallery I could see the scars on the patients with breast lifts looked very minimal, and that is my result as well. The nurses have always been available and helpful if I ever had any questions after surgery and the service at Dr. Crofts office has been second to none. They were even so kind as to give me multiple gift cards to their spa for a massage on the areas I had liposuctioned (which look amazing by the way) and for a microdermabrasion, and for six laser hair removal treatments of my upper bikini area. Just another example of them helping to make sure that I am going to be very happy with the end results of the procedures I had performed by Dr. Crofts. These guys are awesome, you will not be disappointed!!"
"Implant Burst Voiding Warranty, New Implants with Anchor Lift. Orem, UT - It will be 10 years (2006) since I had my Initial breast aug. Dr KImball Crofts is the only doctor I would let touch me! My sis in law worked with him and said he is very OCD! But that is an excellent sign of what surgery might be like! So after seeing 3 doctors I choose him!He did breast aug and after a week of being uncomfortable it got better. But then I noticed I had left breast capsulation! Ugh! After 2 redos it was fine! It wasn't the doctors fault I capsulated. Then May 2016 I noticed that when I laid down the right breast took a detour to under my arm?!?! Strange! After feeling the breast I realized that I could feel the deflated implant! It was the old style silicone implants that were reapproved weeks before my original aug in December 2016.I made an appointment to see doctor Crofts and we pretty much agreed that it probably had burst so we had surgery August 11 and I got a lift and new "gummy bear" implants that "could" be a lifetime device but not recommended! "Breast Augumentation, Lift and Pocket Adjustment - Orem, UT - I've had an amazing experience with Dr. Crofts and his staff. After breastfeeding 2 kids, and left with 80 yr old lady boobs, I got a much needed breast augmentation and lift in February 2014. He did exactly what I wanted him to do (size wise- i wanted to stay small) and thoroughly explained the procedure and risks/complications and the maintenance required better than any other doctor had. Note that I went to 3 different surgeons for consultation. Everything was smooth in the surgery and recovery.. but I ended up in the unlucky 10% that needed a pocket adjustment after surgery as my pockets were asymmetrical. This was not Dr. crofts fault.. it just happens in 10% of cases . After healing and realizing that my pockets were asymmetrical, I went back to Dr. Crofts office (June 2014). I was pretty upset about my situation, and he was very patient and compassionate with me. He didn't make me feel stupid, and he nicely explained that this happens 10% of the time, and they booked me for a 2nd surgery 2 weeks later. I only had to pay the surgery center costs for the 2nd surgery, as Dr. Crofts time was free to fix it. I also decided that I actually wanted to go bigger the second time around, so rather than just a pocket adjustment which would only be an hour of Dr. Crofts time, he did a complete re-augmentation and created new pockets for me which took closer to 3 hrs, and he didn't charge me for his time. He really wanted to make me happy, and I am! My breasts are beautiful. He did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. I'm really glad I chose Dr. Crofts, as he is very personable and not intimidating like many other surgeons are. He really listens to you and wants to make you happy with your body. I highly recommend him and his amazing staff! My only advice to patients would be to let the surgeon pick your implant size. Implants look ALOT smaller when put under the muscle. The surgeon is going to be able to pick the best size for your body. The 2nd time around I just told Dr. Crofts to pick my size and he picked a 450CC and 475CC to even me out. It sounded HUGE to me (I picked the 300'ccs the first time), but it really looks amazing, proportionate to my body and looks great in anything from a t-shirt, bikini to naked. So Happy! Let Dr. Crofts Pick your Size, hes amazing!"

"Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation, and Lipo 10 Days out - I'm 42 years old. I have 4 kids, and I lost 65 pounds about 7 years ago. I workout faithfully and as a reward for my hard work, my sweet husband sold his Corvette so I could have some work done. I'm 10 days out now from having a tummy tuck, breast reconstruction and augmentation and lipo on my inner/outer thighs, flanks, hips, back, sides. Had I written a few days ago, I would have yelled at everyone not to do so much at once. The first week was really, REALLY hard. Even with the pain pills, I was in constant pain. And even now I can't really get comfortable. I have been sleeping in a recliner and still don't know when I will get back to my Tempurpedic bed. The pain is definitely more tolerable now although the swelling is still terrible, especially in my thighs and pubic area. I wasn't expecting how swollen and hard the tissue would be. My doctor said people usually get swollen the first few days , but I really didn't even start getting swollen until 3 or 4 days out. And now at 10 days out, I haven't noticed much of the swelling going down, although my husband says it has. I'm wearing the compression garment too which doesn't help with comfort. My doctor said my drains should hopefully come out at my 2 week appointment. I get the massage then as well. I can see that I am going to really enjoy the results, but the pain we women put ourselves through for beauty is ridiculouos! I'll post some pics soon."

"Botox- a New Preventative Medicine for Youth - Provo, UT - Being 22 years of age Botox never crossed my mind until one of my older girlfriends through a Botox party at a local docs office. I reluctantly joined the group and they convinced me to get a little in the forehead and middle of the brow. I was thrilled with the results. I didn't even know I had wrinkles until I did the botox but the best part about it is that I am training my muscles at an early age for preventative wrinkles in the future. I urge young girls to start getting in on the preventative fillers and injections- less work and less money in the future if you do.
